By applying to volunteer in the District, I acknowledge that my volunteering is entirely my own decision, at my own risk, and that the School District is not responsible in any manner for my usage or any personal injury or property damage to me as a result of my usage of or presence at a District facility.  I further acknowledge that there are serious risks inherent in volunteering at a School District and I fully, voluntarily and knowingly assume all of these risks, and understand that I may end my volunteering at any point if I no longer wish to assume these serious risks.
